We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, persuasive, quick learning and goal-oriented individual to lead the company’s outside sales. Including hands-on work of identifying, pursuing and closing sales of the company's SaaS product.

Responsibilities

Developing company’s sales pipeline, develop sales strategies and materials to increase business opportunity
Sales development, outbound-oriented sales, analyzing prospects and identifying needs
Demonstrating products through web-based presentations and negotiating through to the close via email and phone
Managing and building team - recruiting, designing and implementing a scalable training program and materials for new inside sales hires

Requirements

1+ years of Outside/Inside Sales experience in the high-tech industry (preferably in SaaS / B2B)
Passion for technology
Experience with every single step of a sales process from sales development to closing deals, with building sales pipeline, upsell techniques
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
English mother tongue and excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills
