How do API credits translate into calls?

Each type of API call has its own cost in credits. However, for the time being, all APIs costs 1 credit per call.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your account at anytime by contacting us. Your cancellation will be handled in accordance with our terms of service.

Is it possible to switch plans?

Yes, it can be done easily. In case of upgrading, the change will be immediate and the charge will be adjusted relatively to the billing period's (month / year) remaining days. In case of downgrading, the new plan will be applied when a billing period will start.

When will I be billed?

We're billing in advance of the billing period, whether it's monthly or annually, depending of your choice.
